Domestic Shipping – UAE
Delivery Timeframe: 7 business days
Delivery Charges:
- Free shipping for registered users
- AED 21 for guest checkouts
- Couriers Used: Aramex, Fetchr, Emirates Post, DHL
International Shipping
We currently ship across Europe through the following providers:
- Germany: DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Hermes
- France: CHRONOPOST, UPS, FedEx
- United Kingdom: FASTDISPATCH, UPS, FedEx
- Other EU Countries: GLS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
- Estimated Delivery: Within 7-10 working days
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. This can be used on the courier’s website to monitor delivery progress.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days.
- Returns are free of charge
- Items must be in unused, original condition with tags attached
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items
