• Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Await confirmation from our team regarding the status of your cancellation.

Company Cancellations

We may cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• Stock availability issues.
• Errors in product pricing or description.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity detected.
• Payment failures or declined transactions.

Fees and Refunds

• No charges will apply for cancellations made before processing.
• If applicable, restocking fees will be deducted from the refund for cancellations made after processing but before shipment.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method. The processing time is as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Exclusions

• Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled after processing begins.
• Cancellations are not allowed for products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
